International Returns & Exchanges

How to Start Your Return:

  1. Locate Your Order – Go to Order Status or My Account, select Order History, and find the order number (starting with #IN****). If you cannot find the order number, please provide the first and last name of the purchaser along with the email address (preferred) to help us locate your order.

  2. Print Your Return Info – Print your return details, pack your items securely, and return them to the address provided by our customer service. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, usually through postal service, rather than express shipping.

Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days after receipt. Eligible items include unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise (except flash sale items and custom products). Custom-made items, including those personalized with names or other specific designs, are not eligible for return or exchange.

When Will I Be Refunded or Exchanged?

Once we receive and process your return, we’ll send you a Return Notification email. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing once your return arrives at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Important Notes:

  • Your return package must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD returns.

  • Packages returned due to refusal of paying international customs duties and taxes may be refunded, but shipping charges and any applicable fees will be deducted.

  • If we receive your return at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. If received after 30 days, we will issue a Urgalaxy Cash Coupon of the same value.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your order for different items, please first return the original items and notify us of the new items you want (provide SKU number, size, color, and image if possible). We’ll work out any price difference and arrange the exchange.

Order Cancellation

Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment will be refunded in full. For orders that need to be canceled after 24 hours of payment but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from your payment amount.

We will NOT accept cancellation requests once the order has been shipped. If you simply want to change the color or size of your order, there is no need to request cancellation—please proceed with the exchange process as outlined in our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Please note, custom-made items, including those personalized with names or other specific designs, are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange under any circumstances.
